About this website

This website is operated by Eastern Carpet Trading Company, 8483 Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Road, Al Khobar 34424, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The information on the site

We take care to keep the site accurate, but the descriptions, images and specifications here are for guidance. Carpet is made to order, and colour, texture and finish vary between a screen, a printed sheet and a woven sample. Nothing on this site is a binding specification. The specification that governs a project is the one confirmed in writing when that project is quoted.

Design swatches and downloads

The design swatches show a pattern as it was scanned. Any design can be produced in a different colourway, size or construction. Downloadable PDFs are provided so you can share a design internally; they remain our property and should not be presented as another party’s work.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. It is an invitation for us to quote. A contract arises only when a written quotation is accepted and confirmed by both parties.

Ownership

The text, photographs, design names and artwork on this site belong to Eastern Carpet Trading Company or are used with permission. Client logos shown on the Projects page belong to those organisations and are used to identify work we have supplied. You may not reproduce material from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Liability

We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, as distinct from a written quotation, specification or contract issued by us.
